Methodology

Our methodology focuses on GAMIFICATION. We work on emotional management through different games.

Gamification consists on creating a game in order to generate teaching or learning. It involves enhancing a specific skill, knowledge or attitude through the person’s natural learning process.

Who are we?

We are 3 young entrepreneurs who believe in emotional management as a resource to develop better social and work relationships. We are training in team management and, therefore, we work daily on conflict resolution through emotional education and empathy.

We realize that to develop a person’s skills, we must focus on everything that completes them. We have proven that working with the essential element of individuals, the results and development obtained are exponential.
