In MindWave, we offer different dynamics adapted to different ages to learn about emotions in a creative and innovative way.
EMOTIONS IN GAME!
Our game is a compilation of traditional games adapted to each of the emotions that will work. It will be the children who end up expressing their own idea of emotions with the guidance of one or more experts.
This game consists of 5 parts (one for each emotion). Each of these will answer the following questions:
When does it appear?/What does it want to tell me?
What are you doing to me?/What for?
What color has?
Where does it appear?
How do I manage it?
Ages: 6-10
UNIVERSE OF EMOTIONS
This dynamic introduces the theory of the “Universe of emotions”, a book that explores the variety and complexity of human emotions. We explain how emotions are interrelated and influence our behavior, daily well-being and relationships.
The activities are designed for participants to identify and share the emotions they experience most frequently, fostering empathy and mutual understanding. Like this, young people will be able to better recognize and understand their own emotions and those of others, promoting an environment of support and joint emotional growth.
